Our meat comes from butcher Andrew Barclay of Wincanton, which means that we know exactly which local farm every cut originates from.
Samways of West Bay, Dorset supply us daily with fresh fish, and dairy produce comes from Longmans Cheese just up the road in North Cadbury.
The Fine Food Company of Wincanton is also amongst our regular suppliers for specialist produce, along with fruit and vegetables grown and supplied by local John Rowswell who was last year honoured as Best Food Producer in Somerset.
